My favorite Chinese restaurant closed just before the holidays and a new Chinese restaurant opened up in the same spot. I stopped by there for takeout tonight to see if it is as good - and fortunately for me and the many fans of the previous restaurant, it may actually be a bit better. Anyway, thought my fortune cookies would make for a good subject tonight....and happy that my future looks good :)
